DSAI Module Exchange: UCM OUTGOING students
The DSAI Module Exchange program allows students from Universidad Complutense de Madrid to take courses at other participating universities and receive academic recognition upon completion, as part of their local studies. All modules at external universities will be conducted online, and to receive recognition, students must successfully pass the module, adhering to the examination rules outlined in the respective course catalogues.
Currently, the following UCM Master's Degrees are part of the program and accept the following module exchanges:
Máster en Bioestadística (MSc in Biostatistics). Facultad de Estudios Estadísticos:
Note: Interested students must complete both modules in order to receive the recognition of "Evidencia" at UCM. No credits will be awarded to students completing only one of the modules.
Máster en Internet de las Cosas (MSc in Internet of the Things). Facultad de Informática:
Máster en Ingeniería Matemática (MSc in Mathematical Engineering). Facultad de Ciencias Matemáticas:
Note: Interested students can choose to complete any of the courses offered and will receive the recognition of "Estadística Aplicada y Minería de Datos" for their home studies. No additional credits will be awarded to students who complete both modules abroad.
- Interested students must be accepted into one of the Master's programs at UCM participating in the program at the moment they initiate this procedure.
- For each module the student wishes to follow, they must apply for admission. The application procedure for the receiving institution can be found on this webpage.
- Accepted candidates must complete this form by July 25th, 2025, to notify the local authorities of their acceptance.
- By September 30th, 2025, at the latest, students will be contacted to modify their enrollment at UCM and register the desired modules in the mobility form. It is not necessary for the student to have previously enrolled in the corresponding module at UCM.
- The student must follow the module through an online format and comply with the regulations set by the host university, including examination procedures and dates. It is not allowed to follow both the host module abroad and the local module at UCM simultaneously.

Recognition UCM will be based on the official conversion tables. Students unable to submit their transcript of records by this date should contact erasmus@mat.ucm.es to notify the expected submission date.
- If a student fails to submit an official Transcript of Records, the corresponding module at UCM will be recognized as "Suspenso."
