Call for application for the second edition of the Lifelong Learning Certificate "From data to decision: a non-techincal course on data-driven decision making" is open until April 30th, 2025.
The course is activated by the University of Bologna - Department of Statistical Sciences, in the framework of Una Europa Alliance.
The program will last 5 months, it will be delivered in English and will issue 9 ECTS.
It is mainly intended for professionals, and it aims at introducing fundamental knowledge on data science in a non-technical way, providing skills to comprehend the importance of the decision-making process based on data and to interact with data scientists about their organizations.
The course allows to develop crucial skills to optimize the decision-making process in healthcare, biotechnological, pharmaceutical and veterinary fields.
The course program will be organized in three modules and will be delivered in two different modalities:
- Online: Module 1 and 2 - from 05/05/2025 to 30/06/2025;
- In presence: Modulo 3 - a Bologna, 22 al 26 September 2025.
